Só fiquei chateada porque minha reserva tinha café da manhã e quando cheguei falaram que não tinha, então não sei sobre o café da manhã, mas meu marido esqueceu o terno no armário após o check out e prontamente nos avisaram e guardaram. "Staff were amazing and great at communication, they sent texts out with maps and navigation of trains, metro, buses. Free coffee, juices in lobby and a free bottle of wine on arrival. Hotel room is small however very clean and has everything you need (hair dryer, shower shoes, shower cap, soaps, eye mask, ear plugs- I could go on) Hotel is in great location near shops, Trevi fountain and restaurants/bars. Highly recommend!!!!! "
