Amazing service from start to finish. It's rare that I find a hotel with all staff genuinely keen to provide a good service and be helpful, friendly and professional. Special thanks to Silvia (or Silva - i didn't quite catch it) who served us lunch for several days and was really welcoming, kind to our kids, and remembered our choices from day to day. The reception staff were fantastic too. Ashamed to say I don't speak much Italian but the language skills of all the staff we met were incredible.
The bedrooms were large, comfortable, modern and perfect for us (family with 3 kids). We opted for the Executive Rooms because it included Spa access. I'm very glad we did, as it turned out this also included access to a Lounge with great views, and free beer, prosecco, spirits, teas, coffees, snacks and open all day (shut in the evenings). On top of that we received vouchers for the Lunch each day which was 2 courses in their lovely garden bar/restaurant and the food was fantastic. The vouchers also covered Aperitif in the evening, including a cocktail/drink and a small buffet of snacks - all delicious.
It would have been worth it for the Spa anyway as this was great. A very warm indoor pool with space for the kids to swim about a bit (Kids access limited from 10am-midday which worked out fine for us), a huge Sauna, Steam room areas, aromatic showers, and roman impluvium.
Breakfast was great and the buffet restaurant served fresh and plentiful international food.
