"Great location and very quiet. Rooms clean and spacious. The only thing lacking was a coffee maker. Had to wait for the restaruant to open, and then were charged for taking coffee back to the room. Not what I would expect for the price I paid."

"We absolutely loved our stay with Maison Giuliani and the staff went out of their way to make our anniversary special. Everything was so neat and clean with modern amenities. The staff was kind and helpful when we needing anything and we were always greeted with such warmth. The hallway by our room was always stocked with lemon candy and a Nespresso machine. Everything was within walking distance; train (10 min), restaurants, the marina (10 minutes), the piazza (5 minutes) with the beach clubs...

"Fabulous location, food and beverages, morning breakfasts, and friendly, most helful staff. The location is amazing- right in the heart of things! (Taxis and such cannot travel the lasst block into only pedestrian streets of old town. And they can't wait for very long or park at the closest square. So be prepared to walk you bags in or perhaps you might call the hotel staff to see if they can assist.) The little hotel is charming and has a small bar and garden area restaurant serving lunch...

"We booked Sorrento Flats based on the 9.8 average exceptional rating reviews on Expedia, and due to the fact that it stated "Luxury" on the main page on the description.
I should have known better as there were only 310 reviews. I'm not sure that this average is accurate on Expedia. Pros: The room was...

"As a married couple in our 50's travelling with my sister and brother-in-law, unfortunately on this occasion we could not secure the same complex for accommodation.
Little did we know(as it was not disclosed in any of the booking information) that no one else other than the two listed parties are allowed into the room.
We discovered this after a full day in the heat and humidity exploring Capri for the day. A quick dinner downstairs and what was to be a glass of wine in the balcony to discuss...
