"Wirst checkin ever. Language barrier and reception spent 30 min on phone trying to check me in then ask how i was paying as there was the amount owed. Amount was paid at booking. Terrible"

"Make sure you arrive in plenty of time to check in at the airport as now they’re doing fingerprints and photograph scanning to your passport. Just be repaired for that little bit of delay."

"Staff were friendly, check-in/out went smoothly. The room was smaller than I expected but the size was stated on the listing and it was clean and had all the basics required. However, it was quite noisy, the door to the outside had a gap at the bottom which let noise in from the outside - usually people talking or machinery being used outside peak sunlight hours. I could also hear loud water noises from the wall shared with one of the neighbouring rooms whenever one they turned their tap on....

"We have stayed here before a few times and loved it! This time we were in room 001 which is on the ground floor behind the reception area. There was noise from the street level tables & chairs outside being served food until very late. The room was lovely but just not for us, it was quite dark and opening the window wasn’t an option as the people walking by could simply look/ reach in."

"Beautiful resort. Loved having three large pools. They should use one for adults only. Lots of kids in all areas. Didn’t affect our stay. Food was very repetitive in the buffet. After 5 days we were glad to move on for different food choices. Limited drinks for alcohol beverages. But again none of this makes my rating low. We had a great time."
