"Breakfast left a lot of room for improvement- bagels toast English muffins and cold cereal, apples bananas and juice that’s it. Not even yogurt. Stingy with clean towels/ wash rags as well. All in all stay was adequate (8 days) but could’ve easily been better."

"The room I booked was not available. In order to get a king bad I needed to downgrade to a standard room next to the elevator and was still charged the premium room price. Staff has. I cares not show any enthusiasm when approached. I’ve had better stays at a Best Western along the highway than this so called upscale hotel in downtown Naperville."
