"It was a bad experience for me to travel 7 hours to not have wash rags and to be told everything you have to come and get it. I had a handicapped mom leaving her by herself wasn't a option. No microwave or cold refrigerator."

"I had to move from the first room given - the curtain didn’t come all the way down. One that was handled great experience. Very nice soap, very helpful team members! Great coffee! Quiet!"

"Upon arriving, there was no one at the front desk for 10 minutes. When she arrived, I had to acknowledge her first which put me off considering no one was there. But, I let it slide. Then, I was told there were no King rooms available which I had booked (I was there at 3pm). I could sense they were running behind, which in this day I understand to an extent. We did get our room which was clean and ready, but there were no toiletries in the room and our “soap” was a shampoo bottle by the sink....
