I checked in I checked in sometime after 11:30pm with my family. The check in process was quite smooth. Upon entering the room, the sofa sleeper was not made, so I had to set it up myself. I called a day or two prior to let them know that we would be 4 people and they said the room that we reserved would be a perfect fit, but I just assumed that since we were arriving later in the evening, the sofa sleeper would be made for us. I was mistaken. I also asked to have noted in our reservation to have 3 extra pillows in the room. We had a total of 3, not including the “sofa sleeper bag” that I had to make up myself.
Once we had all got settled in, about 12:30am, I tried calling the housekeeping department and the front desk to ask for extra pillows and an extra set of towels (we were only given 3 sets). No one answered. I just waited till the next morning to ask the front desk agent personally for an extra set of towels, they were very helpful.
The kitchenette in our room was fully stocked, but some of the dishware were still dirty. At this time, I wasn’t exactly surprised, so I just left the soiled dishware in the sink.
Breakfast was what you would expect. My family really enjoyed the waffle station. The workers made sure to replenish all the food when it was running low.
Shower pressure was very good, but the drainage was pretty slow.
Check out was very smooth.
My family felt very safe at this location.
