"Great Hotel near the historic area"

"Let me start with we could not find this hotel. Our Uber driver couldn’t find it. We had to walk around and Google Maps could not find it. Eventually had to call and get directions. Once we found it, check in went smooth. Location is great right in the center of the walled city. The balcony was nice to sit out and listen to the bands down the street. The breakfast was good. There was a language barrier but we were able to use Google Translate and get everything figured out."

"Perfect location in the center of old town. Stunningly decorated and furnished - felt both modern and distinctly Colombian. The staff were truly outstanding, offering generous and friendly help at every turn. The breakfast is included and delicious. The rooms were perfectly air conditioned and had black out curtains, offering a welcome reprieve from the sun after a long day out and about. "Location couldn’t be better, still staff was by far the best. Every single member of their staff was extremely nice and helpful. Bed was comfy, breakfast was good, pool was nice, views from the rooftop and our balcony were perfect. Would definitely start here again and will recommend it to others."

"This place needs work, water pressure in the shower was terrible, rooms are tiny, TV never worked, the room fridge was pretty much room temperature.. other than that, the staff was great, AC in the room was great, complimentary breakfast was good."
