"Kind, courteous staff. Only stayed here one night when arriving in Cartagena before heading to the islands. Wish we had come back here for the second part of our trip in Cartagena. Convenient location to lively nightlife, restaurants, etc yet no right on the corner and rooms are away from the street so they are *quiet* at night. "

Don't let the "Premium" tag scare you either—at the time we booked it, it was very reasonably priced, including a lavish bathroom (huge shower with bench), rooftop terrace overlooking the old city, and a jacuzzi atop the terrace. "Staff members were great, super friendly and helpful, our room was beautiful with a balcony to the pool, nice cold AC when you needed, the pool was nice kept clean, breakfast was great every day with some fruit and even dessert, the hotel is well located with a safe place to park your car a few blocks away and a few food options right next to the hotel, overall great place to stay to experience Cartagena for a few days."

"I would definitely recommend this hotel, the breakfast was good, my room was clean, the pool I loved it, it had a nice view along with the bar was good as well, and the complimentary drink was good. The staff was friendly and the location was great. I was able to walk to the restaurants and the meeting points for my excursions. The clock tower is right around the corner, so it is walkable. Overall I give this stay a 10/10"
