"We staying in the XXL which came with 2 double beds and 1 double sofa bed. The 2 double beds and sofa bed we're separated by a wall and sliding door. The room was a good size and the bathroom clean. The walk in shower was excellent. The air con was good in the main room (sofa bed) but we found the separate room (2 double beds) was quite warm because of the heatwave. The beds were comfy. As we don’t speak French, and the staff working were limited in their English, I had some difficulty understanding instructions. But they were patient, and it was fine. Great location, walking distance to the train station, and there were many sights to see within the area. We had dinner one night at the restaurant bar and it was very good. "Very clean and bright room! The woman at reception was extremely helpful and kind. I did purchase the breakfast for children and I would say that it was lacking for the price. There are a lot of bakeries and coffee shops within walking distance which would be a better value. It was nice that the hotel offered free coffee and hot drinks throughout the day."

Il faisait très exceptionnellement chaud et l’appartement n’était malheureusement pas climatisé (bon d’accord, nous sommes à Lille) et impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres à cause des restaurants aux alentours et des odeurs de cuisines. "Attention danger ! Hôtel bien situé et bon rapport qualité prix mais parking non sécurisé. Ma voiture a été volée dans la nuit alors qu’elle était garée sur le parking à 50m de la réception. La direction reconnaît avoir chaque semaine 3 faits de casse ou vol de véhicule. A fuir. Privilégiez un hôtel avec parking sécurisé."

"La location était très bien. Idéalement bien placée. Nous avons pu nous garer dans la rue facilement. Logement propre. Juste quelques petits équipements cassés (brosse dans les toilettes, la petite poubelle dans la salle de bain) Et nous avons eu chaud (week-end du 27 et 28 juin) : voir installer une climatisation ou des ventilateurs efficace). Lille est une superbe ville."
