"We were greeted by Tim and Braden at the front desk and made us feel right at home. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The parking valet team was excellent, and the parking link had work amazing well, our car was always waiting for us. "

"Rooms were very cozy & well kept! Our bed was better than any hotel bed I’ve ever slept in, dare I say better than my own bed at home! Floors were very loud and creaky, but that is expected from a nearly 100 year old building. The robes were soft and cozy, and the other amenities were amazing! Complimentary cocktails and light bites every evening, plenty of lobby space to hang out by the fireplace, and the hotel is near so much to explore in downtown Asheville!! We absolutely loved our stay here...

"Every staff member I talked to was friendly and helpful. I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste and she happily gave me those. My room was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was handicapped accessible with a roll in shower. It had been redone recently. Clean and extra big. Would definitely stay there again."

"New trendy hotel, downtown Asheville. Next door to and connected to the Aloft so great south slope location. Check in is in the lobby bar... which is a great amenity. Given 2 drink tokens at check in. Staff thruout was excellent. Also is a very nice rooftop. We had a standard king room, it was a small tight space. Bath sink/mirror is in the walkway as you walk in the room is kinda weird, in the way, small sink and not much counter space. Just a 1 nite stay and was adequate. I wouldn't book that...
