"Had to move rooms 3 times. Once because the hot water in the shower didn’t work, then the AC, then the TV."

"Very clean, looks like a brand new place. Staff greeted us and was very friendly. Room was spacious and bathroom was nice and clean with enough towels we needed. Wish breakfast had more options though."

"Rooms were good and everything was ok as well. Only issue was not the fault of the hotel, the G.P.S. getting you to the hotel was all jacked up. It put us into the industrial area behind the hotel which required us to be about 1 block from the hotel."

"We ran out of tp, tissues and wash rags, and had to ask for more. Otherwise, it was lovely and the breakfast was good."

"The tv in the room was terrible! The sound didn't work on some channels and the viewing was limited. On the second day of my stay I asked for more coffee for my room, I also asked that the trash be emptied, neither was done, when I went down to the desk later in the day they said they sent the message to housekeeping but they would probably do it the next day. There were also a lot of bugs in my room. The bed was nice though."

"We stayed 8 nights at Element Dallas Richardson, traveling from Toronto with our family for the Dallas Cup. Honestly, I’ve been trying to find something negative to say, but I can’t. The staff were incredible, always friendly, smiling, and one step ahead of everything. Small things made a big difference: helping us print documents in color by going out of their way, or bringing fresh towels to the pool area even when we were just sitting outside. "When my daughter and I arrived check in was very easy. The man and the front desk was very friendly. The staff at the front desk, were amazing for the 5 days that we were there. The breakfast was fresh and the lobby was always clean and smelled soooo good whenever you entered it. I bought a watermelon and had to ask if I could borrow a big knife and the front desk even helped me throw away the watermelon rind so I wouldn't have to have it in my room. They were all so helpful. "Rooms were great. Loved the daily service as well. My only complaint was that all of the washers and dryers were all out of order and we needed to use them for our players to clean their uniforms. it was an inconvenience."
