Buen servicio en todo, incluyendo que me ayudaron a pedir cena en una app de un personal porque había pasado la hora del room service, el baño muy bien con todo lo necesario habitación con ventana lo cual podía tener ventilación de aire fresco, solo los muebles un poco viejos. Ubicación inmejorable!"

"One of our rooms had a smell of dumped! We tried to change our arrival date and no one was helpful so we ended up paying for an extra night ! Other then that everything was nice and smooth."

"The hotel is located in one of the best areas of Istanbul. Traffic makes reaching the hotel a little difficult, but there are many shops and resturants as soon as you step out of the hotel. The staff were very polite and very helpful, especially Sina at the reception."

"All were excellent. Staff, Services, Their Characters Particularly the manager Mr. Memet, Coner, Mohammed and Mrs Narmin. They were so friendley that I still remember their names. The alley where this hotel is in is a little out dated but it has nothing to do with this Hotel and their staff. Actually they are so good that you totally forget about these weak point. Totally I'd recomend this hotel if you deserve respect. "

"Hotel is beautiful! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. My room was a bit dated but it served its purpose. If I ever return to Istanbul, most likely I will stay at a different hotel, only because I’m not a fan of bath tubs."
