"I had a great experience at The Notary Hotel. The room, especially the view, was phenomenal. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My only issue was the valet. They took an incredibly long time (almost 30 minutes) to retrieve my vehicle that they had just parked the night before; ultimately making me late for the appointment that was the entire purpose of my trip. After speaking to the valet attendant he said that we could leave the rental car there while we checked in and took our luggage to our room. We would return because we were taking the car back to the rental car agency. When we returned, the valet had taken the car to park it and was going to charge us $56. For less than an hour. The manager came over and waived...

"First & foremost, THE VIEW was AMAZING, right on the Delaware River with a gorgous view of the Philadelphia city skyline & Ben Franklin Bridge! You have to appreciate that! A little inconvenient if spending most of trip in Philly, but we didn't mind ride share prices (they include the toll bridge). Property is newer, so it's to be expected to be in good condition, which it was. :) Cleaning was great, and housekeeping staff offered amazing service! Never been asked multliple times just walking...
