"I was pleasantly surprised with my room, the beautiful bathroom. It was a lovely, very comfortable stay. A convenient walk to Jefferson outpatient center, was easy and safe. Then I returned for continental breakfast which was more than adequate. I loved the vegan cranberry cookie. The staff were super friendly and pleasant. This was a gem to be able to stay here, thank you, I hope to stay here again in the future. "

"We were expecting funky charm, but the property seems sad and in need of sprucing up. The front desk was hit or miss, with little communication among them (the taxi we'd asked to be available wasn't ordered). Also spotty outages of internet and hot/cold water. Our room hadn't been vacuumed before our arrival, or at all during our 7 day stay."

"Booked a suite for a short family vacation. Everything looked fine at first, but then by late night, it became clear that our stay will be ruined. The hotel is located on a very busy street with a bus stop right under the windows. We were surprised to find out that there are big gaps running around the windows which allow for most of the outside noise to penetrate the suite. We could hear the voices on the street, the announcements on the buses, clanking of a metallic plate down the road, -...

"Took our 7 year old and really enjoyed our stay! The staff was great, friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location and many things were walkable or a quick walk to the subway. The rooms were clean and the bed was so comfortable! I really appreciated being able to check in early after traveling overnight from the west coast, but I realize that may have been easier to do on a Tuesday morning than a weekend so I don’t expect they can accommodate that for a weekend check in."

"Very friendly staff. We had an issue with our room key not working and one of the staff members walked up to our room with us to make sure it worked. It ended up being user error, but the staff member never made us feel bad about it. The room was spacious and very clean."
