"Had a pool view room set up for the stay, we were put on the third floor where it was the pool that had a view to our room. We asked for a room clean for one of the days but they were unable to due to being short staffed. The housekeeper in the hallway was very nice and helped me get new towels though. They wont automatically clean your room, you will have to call the front desk to schedule a clean. The walls are very thin, sleep was not the best since the next door neighbors liked to shower at...

"My only complaint is regarding the price of $5.00 for a 6 oz. bottle of milk in the convenience store. That’s offensive. This shopping was only because the coffee bar in my room had powdered cream mate. Yuck!"

"We have stayed at this Marriott many times. The area of Pasadena was once flourishing , but now sadly it has started to look run down. Many restaurants and stores have left this area. It’s too bad."

"We had a nice room and the bed was very comfortable, with four pillows and a nice down comforter. There were some issues with our room, though. The bathroom door was difficult to close and some of the paint had been scraped off because of poor alignment. The outlets between the beds did not work. The outlets inside the bathroom did not work either. When we went to checkout, I had been charged $5.42 for making coffee inside the room. The person at the front desk removed the charge. "The property is currently being renovated. It will be much better in the future. I was disappointed to find that the complementary breakfast was discontinued."

"I was very pleased with the room, very clean and comfortable. I would have rated it excellent but for the noise from The room above. I wish there was better sound proofing , the person above me woke me every 2 hours walking hard (probably to the bathroom)."

"The room was small but clean. There was a couch which was very useful. We couldn't get the TV to work. That was disappointing. The most challenging thing about the property was the driveway. Its a one car only driveway and can be intimidating to some. The Breakfast was not complimentary if you book through Expedia. That said there are plenty of quality breakfast spots .5 miles away. For the price was good through Expedia."

"Horrible experience, an individual who claimed to be hotel staff knocked on my door and demanded that I move my car from a parking spot she stated was reserved (no visible reservation signage at the spot). The staff is no help easing the situation. highly unsafe and distressing experience overall how access to guest areas is controlled and how staff handle such situations"
