"The room was clean and stocked with the usual items. You can hear the doors closing as they are heavy and slam when they close. I found that a bit annoying for this stay. Otherwise the usual good stay. Always room for improvement. Seems close to needing a revamp or update. Have stayed here for many years."

"Couldn't ask for a better location. You need to park in the parking garage across the street but not a big deal, plenty of spaces to park in there and they validate your parking for you. Room was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast, I felt, could've been better for the cost. There are 4 hot items each day (what they are varies) and then fruit, cereal, coffee, juice...etc. Overall if I go back to Niagara Falls, I'd try a different location just to experience something different BUT I have no qualms and really had a great time!"

"I had a great stay at Red Coach Inn. The room was very clean, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. We also received a thoughtful gift of cheese, crackers, strawberries, and champagne, which was such a nice bonus. We stayed in the Essex Room, and it was perfect for us. The room included a microwave, a Keurig, and a refrigerator, which made everything very convenient. The view from the restaurant while eating was beautiful, and the hotel’s location is unbeatable.. literally right across from Niagara Falls State Park. The staff was very attentive and friendly throughout our stay. The hotel offers parking, and once you’re there, you really don’t need to drive since everything is within walking distance. Having a restaurant on-site was also a plus. Overall, we had an amazing time. We stayed from May 1st through the 3rd for my partner’s birthday. The weather was a bit cold and rainy, but it didn’t take away from the experience. I would definitely come back just during a warmer month next time!"

"The property was well decorated but pretty dirty in the halls and room. The same trash was in the halls the whole stay. The staff late at night was not friendly. The staff during the day were more friendly but incredibly stressed. There was a lot of parking but the entrance to the lot was difficult to find the first time. "
