"I loved my stay at Azumi Boutique Hotel. The staff are extremely welcoming and polite, very happy to help at all times. The hotel itself is located in a convenient residential area, and the outside of the building is safe and comfortable to sit outside, as well as ideal for taxi pick ups. The room was clean and spacious, a lovely view of Alabang outside the big windows. The gym didn’t have much equipment but was useable. Pool looked lovely. The main attraction of this hotel is the lovely, hard working staff and cleanliness and aesthetic of the setting. Would definitely recommend"

"I was informed only few hours before check-in that the room I originally paid for was unavailable and was asked to cancel my reservation. I was then offered another room through a different agent, but unfortunately, the rate was higher than what I had initially paid. Given the urgency of needing a place to stay for my family, I had no choice but to proceed with the new booking. Payment was made via GCash, but I did not receive an official receipt. This situation caused inconvenience, but I truly appreciate that Expedia stepped in and shouldered the additional charge incurred. While I am grateful for their support, I hope the hotel management can improve communication and ensure proper documentation for future guests. "
