"The parking was not as advertised so there was an additional cost. The walls were paper thin and i had a noise complaint for a normal phone conversation and i could hear the people in the room next to me as well. Their alarms, them walking around and even when they opened or closed the blinds. The security was rude, the head of the cleaning staff was banging on my door as though i need a reminder that i was checking out 30 min to checkout. VERY RUDE! "As soon as I pulled up to the front entrance, I was welcomed and made to feel right at home. The reception desk was well staffed and the service was amazing.

"Our stay was extremely disappointing and nothing like what was advertised. We reserved four rooms and chose this hotel mainly because of the pool, only to find it dirty with a film covering the water. When we brought it up, the staff said they were waiting for an inspection.
The breakfast was just as disappointing, with very few options actually available. Overall, the experience was poor from start to finish, and we regret not booking somewhere else."

garage door to park was broken, had to go through front area every time to open garage door.
door between complex and garage was broken, never locked and anyone could walk in, no security.
they did not provide ANY washcloths and when we asked they said they don't have any. only 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels were given for the entire stay.
NO additional bedding/blanket.
