"The hotel was clean and the view from the room was great with floor to ceiling windows. There is a lot of street construction in front of the hotel - the whole block actually, but when that’s done the view will be even better. We had a two bedroom suite, and had plenty of space for all 5 of us. There are lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. It’s also walking distance from the Riverwalk. Breakfast was usual items, it was good but I like bacon better than sausage
staff were friendly but it would have speeded up check in if two people

"My stay was disappointing overall. The hotel had several maintenance and service issues that affected the experience.
The elevator was broken, which made it inconvenient to get around the property. Inside the room, the thermostat did not work properly. When I tried to adjust the temperature from 70 to 71 degrees, either the air conditioning would turn on full blast or the heater would turn on full blast. There was no way to keep the room at a comfortable temperature.

"Although a good location, this hotel needs attention. Our shower was very dirty, as was the bathroom sink. Room and hotel smelled weird, I ended up buying an air freshener.
The breakfast was awful, food was cold and no coffee, we had to ask that coffee be made by the unconcerned front desk guy.
Upon check out, he said no words to us when we handed in the keys.
Will not return."
