"First of all, it was very difficult to find the room key to check in. Employee's telephone correspondence was polite, but it took two hours to enter the room. As a worst point, despite surely returning the card key, I was charged 50 dollars as the key was not found."

"Everything was awesome except for the noisy AC unit which ran almost continuously to keep the room comfortable. The bathroom was spectacular and private even with both of us in the room together. Housekeeping services and amenities like the bar, coffee shop and valet were all lovely. The atmosphere was also rather upscale which I thoroughly enjoyed. The view of downtown from my room was just ok, but I wasn't there to enjoy the view! "
