"The property was good; the staff helpful and friendly. The stairs were rather inconvenient for carrying a suitcase. The only way to get to my room was several flights of stairs. The keypad on the door was a little clunky, but the room key worked fine. Glad we stayed here for our girls trip, but not sure I'd choose to stay here again. For the price, I expected a bit more, but it was still very nice. Parking spaces hard to come by, but we managed a spot every time."

"Reserved a room with 2 beds. Owner/manager wanted to charge an additional $50 for an additional person bc reservation only had 1 person. Wanted a refund and got yelled at by this owner/manager and refused to do a refund. Needless to say I didn't stay here. This place has shady practices. Travelers be aware."

"Like: location is best part-everything worth seeing including food are within 5-10 mins drive . The best is that one can walk to ocean in less than 1 mins. Family friendly. Dislike: Very poor service -no cleaning of room or bath/toilet done for 3 days, no extra toilet paper or towels provided, bathroom has old/broken/rusted panels, hallway little stinky, rooms are not sound proof, breakfast was ok. ------------"

"Property and room were clean and comfortable. My grandson enjoyed the outside pool. Wine and cheese social very nice. We especially enjoyed the hot breakfast every morning. Will definitely be back"

"Room hadn't been fully cleaned when I got there. The floor was covered in a layer of dirt/grime - so much so that it would leave a dirt mark on the soles of your feet just by walking around the room. There was trashed tucked behind furniture. I found two cockroaches crawling around, but honestly there were probably more in the room. The bed was made when I arrived, which I think was the only thing that actually was cleaned. Everything else about the stay was fine. Friendly staff. Great access...

"This motel is old. The room and the bathroom were clean. The bedroom was somewhat updated, but the bathroom says "hi I'm from the '70's." BUT IT WAS CLEAN. We liked the beach access and the pool."

"I booked hotel being on the beach. Beach was lovely but to reach from our ground floor room was a bit awkward. We were disappointed in the upkeep of the building, a lot of areas needed basic maintenance including our room. Unknown to me before our arrival we were booked into a room in the hallway with pets which we did not have with us. As my husband was walking down the hallway one evening a dog with his owner scratched him. On a positive note we did enjoy the outside seating and Tiki hut!"
