Pero nos dieron habitación en el 2do piso y el pasillo es en alfombra y estaba super sucio y con olor no agradable. Y ni hablar de las escalares. La habitación tenía un poco olor a cigarrillo. We arrived late for check in & was tired so we decided to pickup food & snacks for the kids from the hotel lobby. We placed the items in the refrigerator & woke up the next morning to find food it spoiled and ice cream all melted because the refrigerator wasn’t working. "The coffee maker looked like it was last used during the Middle Ages so as the coffee disposable bag inside . The fridge was dirty with standing water all over. The breakfast served is subpar to any worldwide acceptable level. Overall 8 because the walking distance to Whoke Foods Store and the friendly and helpful staff.."

"The rooms were not clean. I went to three different rooms on two different floors. One of the rooms has a bug on the shower and the floor was dirty. The other two rooms smelled of smoke and the floor was dirty. We bought our own small vacuum cleaner from Walmart next door to clean the floor! The staff was exceptional! Brittany was the front desk clerk and she was most helpful, friendly and apologetic for the condition of the rooms. This hotel has so much potential! Just needs to be cleaned...

"room cleaned each day which is a bonus plus new towels etc room mind you is really small, also while it has a microwave, fridge freezer and a hotplate, it was no plates or cutlery etc - so useless unless im some in my case while going on holiday!!!"

"The property is conveniently located to many food and shops. The room was not cleaned during my stay and the elevator was not working. I was able to get my steps though since I was on the third floor."
