"Very nice room, extremely clean. Wonderful bathroom and walkin shower. Breakfast has a well rounded options. The scrambled eggs were fantastic. They actually know how to do eggs."

"The room was super clean, so much so that I left a tip for the maid. The parking lot was clean. And one thing I really liked was that there was a trash can on the second floor so that we could dump food, trash and not have to go far from our rooms."

"Fresh towels and bath mats daily. Clean room. Helpful staff. Security cameras on site. Would recommend highly. Thank you for making my stay pleasant."

"All of above"

"Room was adorable and comfortable with terrific views. Could see sunrise from the bed. Housekeeping could use a little work. Jet tub was a little dirty and glasses in cupboards were dirty. Understandable outside windows would be dirty but inside windows could use a little TLC. Linen left on balcony in front of room. Coffee available all day was great, very friendly staff. Restaurant noise was a little loud but when they were closed it was very peaceful. Close to restaurants and shops. Overall...

"Clean room, friendly staff"

"Room was clean other than lack of supplies in room ex: 1/4 roll of toilet paper ,no Kleenex or paper towels . Dishes and utensils had to be washed before using and lack of bowls etc.. that usually are in full kitchen units .Split heating units were very noisy while trying to sleep. Over all great location for a weekend get away. Restaurant on location was on off season hours staff were great and food was good."

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff were polite. The complimentary breakfast was fair with limited choice. Convenient location and the price was right."

"Great location. Perfect Maine in atmosphere."

"We had a wonderful stay at The Beach House Inn. It's right across the street from the water. We loved sitting in the rocking chairs in the sun watching the waves. Great location. Nice, peaceful property. There were bikes, beach chairs, beach towels available - and even umbrellas for the rainy day we encountered. Would definitively recommend staying here."

"The location is very convenient to visit city center."

"The Inn is clean and the beds are comfortable, but it was very noisy; Toddlers should never be placed on the second floor! The breakfast was disappointing. Overall, overpriced."
