"Staff is very welcoming. We stay in early spring and the property was still in need of some “spring cleaning “. Outside porch was worn and chairs were dirty from winter. The room was clean and comfortable. Pool area was very nice. "

"Stayed 3 nights. Nice little motel close to downtown blowing rock. Office was closed when we arrived so Staff called me prior to check in and left a key in the drop box. Room was clean. Mattress and pillows were a little to firm so I didn’t sleep well. Bathroom was clean, water pressure was great but the water was warm but not hot the entire time. The office was closed the entire time and the room was not cleaned daily or towels exchanged. Overall a good experience but probably would stay...

"Staff were very helpful prior to my checking in when I had trouble getting to the location and gave me tow truck information. They ensured I got to my destination instead of living out the rest of my days on the side of grandfather mountain. If I could give 10 stars I would."

"Very nice hotel. The bathroom was a bit dirty and the glasses in the room were not clean but everything else was good. The breakfast was ok. The staff were all very nice. The parking lot is not great. It is hard to pull in off King street and hard to find a parking spot if you return late in the evening. "
