"The hotel has a pyramid type shape so there’s tiered rooms that have patios. I’ve stayed here three times. Every time the place is clean nice I really enjoy the patio. The bar restaurant was good. Everyone was friendly. Hotel staff was super friendly and helped us get out of the parking garage when we accidentally dropped off our room key which gives you access with your vehicle from the garage."

"Hotel was perfect location for my first real trip in Boston. Everything seemed at a walkable distance whether it’s food options, parks, subway access, or just fun city activities. Staff was amazing! Appreciate all the little details of individual toiletries, robes/slippers, and adequate amount of outlets. Would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"I can’t say enough about how great the staff was at this hotel. They went out of their way to be polite and helpful. The room was a little small. we had a King standard room and there was only one night stand which I thought was very odd. It was nothing fancy but it was very clean and the shower was great. It’s in walking distance to just about everything. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Boston is a great city I can’t wait to go back and explore more of it."

"Check in was easy and efficient. We did not use the restaurant but had a late night drink at the bar and sat outside at a high top table that was dirty. It was late but it should be cleaned once people leave the table. On Saturday I went to the pool. It was unimpressive and the young lady was too busy on Facebook or whatever to even acknowledge my entrance. The pool area is like a 3 star hotel pool. Just blah Our room and room amenities were perfect, clean tidy and ample space. Overall a 3.5 to 4. Needs more overview and feedback to staff."
