"Very clean rooms, convenient location, and ample parking. The rooms could use more hooks on the bathroom for hanging clothes and towels and the bathroom was very small. But it was a very good room for a short stay in Bryson City."

I had a concern about booking a pet friendly room and Jamie made me feel very comfortable with this room selection since rooms were limited when I booked. "There were holes in the comforter, the TV didnt work, the phone didn't work. Housekeeping never came to our room. We had to ask for extra towels and trash bags. The room smelled like urine. The pool wasn't open and breakfast was waffles or cereal, no fruit or toast. You would have thought it was the end of the world when we asked for towels. Won't ever stay there again."

"The property is beautiful! That said checking in is a pain. The loading area in front of the lobby is very poorly marked, with several valets screaming to move to the left lane. My truck doesn’t float, and I told them that firmly. Then when you do check in you need to make sure you park in the right tower, or you’ll be walking 3000 steps to your room with your luggage. The interior is also terrible for navigation, no maps, spotty at best signs. You’ll see many other guests just as lost as you!...
