"historic buildings look great but do not function well in the heat of summer. The AC in the room never got below 73 degrees and was very warm."

"Housekeeping only is 4 days a week, and whatever those days are they aren't Sunday or Monday. Had to bring my used towels down to the desk to get new ones, and they were still damp from the dryer. Also, what good is a stove that requires metal pots to work if there aren't any metal pots? Not something I would think to bring on a plane. Oh well, at least there was a microwave."

"My room was not cleaned for three days and the staff accused me of having my do not disturb sign on my door. I was gone everyday until late night so I never used the sign. I had no new towels and had to go to the front desk to ask for additional towels."
