"Excellent courteous service from the staff gives this hotel a 5 star! The Filipino themed buffet is a must…I had an early flight, and requested for a breakfast pack, which I very much appreciated…the pool area at the top of the building has a great view of the city…will definitely stay here again.

"Small room, cheap but safe enough. No blanket. Air-conditioning too noisy. Fusty smell inside due to lack ventilation. Stinky smell outside surroundings due to open sewers. Worse bit woke us up @ 2am telling us we only have 20mins to pack & leave or pay extra day's rate when check out time was12pm. Travellers beware of Budget hotelier. "

"Towels were in meager supply, only half of should be needed for this double room. No restaurant or nearby food options if checking in late, but the room was clean and adequate.
We needed just a few hours rest, after our late night flight arrival and the next morning ferry. A very convenient walk to the ferry dock. "

"The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located near Mactan Cebu International Airport. The room was clean; I stayed in room 327, which is not soundproof. I could hear outside noise, especially aircraft noise. I have stayed in this hotel several times and have never experienced noise issues—only this time. The escalator was also out of order."
