"The front desk staff was very helpful during the check in process and changing of rooms. To no fault of theirs, we had to change rooms and I ended up in an hypoallergenic room which was perfect for me. Room was clean and had the most wonderful view. Room service was great."

"Honestly, for the difference in price compared to the Washington Hilton (that was right across the street and where my conference was taking place), I'm not sure why anyone wouldn't pick this place. Only downsides were slow wifi (just barely above 1 Mbps on average!), one of the two elevators out of order during my stay(yet never really waited long to catch it), and the restaurant/bar not functional one night (wife having a baby, I heard....that's more important!), and nasty road construction going on (not the hotel's fault), I really enjoyed my stay. Very quiet and nostalgic, and in a great location. I will be back if ever coming back to the area! Great value. Friendly staff!"

"Ordered room service and they forgot items. Called customer service and talked to the restaurant directly and I still never got my items AND was charged for the entirety of the order. Key cards kept getting deactivated and had to visit the desk more than once. Shuttle was great and timely. Questions asked were always met apart from the situations above."

"Everything was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this hotel. The only concern I had was that I had an emergency and couldn’t check out because I was in a hurry. I called the staff, but no one answered. Eventually, someone did answer, but they hung up on me without knowing that I had an emergency. They didn’t seem to be aware of the situation and didn’t take any action to help me."
