"We choose to stay here for a Mariner’s spring training game. Close proximity to shops and restaurants. Nice pool to cool off."

"First, let me just say that the staff at this property is outstanding! I felt like they really cared. That said, they are not enough to overcome the property care itself. They have smoking rooms (Expedia said it was non-smoking), and I was initially assigned a smoking room. It had signs saying non-smoking on the door, but an ash tray and a multitude of burn marks definitely told a different story. The cabinets in the kitchenette were seriously water-damaged, and much of the room felt in disrepair. I walked to the front desk expecting the staff to tell me I just got the last room (they were turning people away when I checked in) and to act like they did not care. What a pleasant surprise - she really did care! She told me she would check a room to see if it was rental-ready and would be back momentarily. Sure enough, the room had a minor issue (the door handle was upside down) and could be used. The second room was much better, but I did see a roach during my stay. She allowed me to move and this second room was in better condition. The hotel provides coffee and a coffee pot, and the bedding and towels felt clean (though the towels were quite worn). The only soap in the room was a bar of hand soap, so be prepared for that. Bottom line: I would NOT return, even though the staff was great!"

"Way overpriced for poor cleanliness and no housekeeping services. The pool was so littered with tree debris and floating stuff that we never got into the pool. The outdoor seating area was full of cigarette butts and torn seat cushions. We stayed for 5 days and housekeeping never cleaned our room. We could have stayed at a Motel 6 and been much happier. Don't get fooled by the nice looking pictures."

"We were not at the hotel much but it was a comfortable and convenient location. "

"The beds were terrible. Could not sleep at all. Remote control to tv didn’t work. Maintenance had to come to our room and switch out. No one was available at night or early in the morning. No bell to ring, and no one was behind the roll down window. I don’t know what we would have done if there was a true emergency. An Amazon driver tried to leave a package as we were leaving but there was no one around to receive it. He tried to give it to me thinking I was an employee. The only good thing I could say is that it was clean. "

"The room was clean. No roaches, no bed bugs. The bed was pretty comfortable. The covers are pretty thin. There was no coffee or anything in the room. It is very basic. But nice. It's great place just to come back to sleep and shower. I didn't use any of the amenities. So I have no comment on those. For the price I paid it was decent. "
