"The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!"

The only complaint the Hotel is old looking could use painting and new rugs or no rugs a little update. Rugs had a lot of stains. Did not use the pool others seems to have. Did not like 1st room checked in. I asked for a room change because the bathroom fixtures looked old and stained and the air conditioner very noisy seem to rattle.
