Had room change the following day as was put in family side of hotel not the adult. The rooms was visible unclean standard on arrival had another guest hair strands on balcony. "Very poor hotel experience save your money and go elsewhere. The staff is useless no help whatsoever uncleaned sheets, no towel replacements and the black hair female reception staff is so rude. Pool is crowded and floating cups in the pool. Food was absolutely disgusting me and my wife ended up getting food poisoning from the chicken dish and she ended up in the hospital. Believe me I don’t write much reviews but thought it May make the end decision upon reading this review"

"I should've taken more notice of the poor reviews for this hotel but had confidence in the statements from the hotel that things were better this season! It's the worst experience I've ever had in Icmeler - I've been going there since 2001.
I stayed one night only and arranged with Hotels.com to start a refund process for the other 9 days, 13 days later my refund still not in my bank!
There may be some rooms that have been updated but my experience was awful "

Evren helped me the minute I arrived.
He's very polite, speaks English, which is a huge plus for foreign visitors.
The room was unfortunately had only the bare necessities. The beach is the one makes a difference. Restaurant staff were very unfriendly, bordering on rudeness. Noone ever greeted me, even though I spoke Turkish. The only people got special attention were the Turkish people. In munacceptable."
