"My family and I stayed at the Westin Jackson from June 7–14, 2026, and were extremely disappointed with our experience. Upon arrival, we encountered serious cleanliness issues, including what appeared to be blood and other bodily fluids in multiple guest rooms. Despite being moved several times, the problems persisted. The response from hotel leadership was equally disappointing. "The building is very nicely appointed. The room was spacious with all amenities including a towel warmer. We enjoyed the location near the Civil Rights Museum. Staff was very warm and welcoming."

"My room was sold and hotel was sold out. As were all area hotels. Absolutely no where to sleep."

"Things I didn’t like. Ice machine was broke on 3rd floor. Only one elavator was working. Water dispenser in weight room was empty the whole stay. Bathtub did not drain well. Breakfast platters were empty for extended periods of time during breakfast. Could not change the channel in the lobby on the TV."

"Rhonda checked us in and she was great. But the woman who was working at that same time should go thru her customer service training again! We arrived 1/2 an hour before check I , and instead of nicely explaining that she was unable to check us in early, she was rude, dismissive and snarky - and it was very much NOT appreciated. We waited in our car for 30 minutes and thankfully, Rhonda was there to check us in without issue. That other girl might want to rethink her choice to work with you he...

"Room was clean, front desk was very friendly, definitely worth the price for a one night stay passing through. Breakfast was minimal."

"Pool was great and rooms very clean. My only complaints are the bedding was awful, so make sure you have an extra blanket. It was literally two sheets with a thin blanket between them. Also, during our stay the pool restaurant and bar were not open. Not a huge deal, we walked inside to the bar to order food, but it would have been so nice to have the one by the pool available"

"Great to stay here again! Helpful staff that was also friendly! Workout facilities and pool were both nice to enjoy. Breakfast could have been maybe hotter, but I understand it’s hard to know how many to plan for too. We were thankful for a safe, clean space in the middle of everything there in Flowood!"

"Location, location, location!! Location was safe and close to freeways, hospital and restaurants. I loved the swimming pool and the patio area. The room was exceptional with refrigerator and other appliances. Breakfast was tasty. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again."
