"We didn't have breakfast, but the staff during check in were friendly and helpful. The ice machine on our floor was broken so we have to go to another floor to get ice. Our rooms (we booked 3) were clean, beds were comfortable. We like that Little Tokyo is super close. "

"I was initially concerned about staying at this property after reading several mixed reviews, but my experience was satisfactory. The hotel and surrounding area felt safe during the day when I walked nearby. In the evening, I used Ubers and Waymo for transportation, so I can’t comment on the neighborhood’s safety at night. Noise levels were reasonable overall. An ambulance passed around 4:30 a.m., but aside from that, the air-conditioning unit provided steady background noise that helped mask any sounds from outside."
