"We stayed at the Conrad Los Angeles for our anniversary, and overall it was an outstanding experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered—from the valet and bellhop to the front desk, housekeeping, and bartenders—was friendly, professional, and genuinely went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable.
The room was clean, modern, and well maintained. Everything felt fresh and comfortable, with no signs of wear. The only downside was that we could hear some traffic noise at night, but it wasn’t enough to take away from the experience.
We also enjoyed the food and in-room dining during our stay. The champagne celebration package, which included a bottle of Moët, chocolate-covered strawberries, and cupcakes, was a great addition to our anniversary and was beautifully presented.
We booked a 60-minute couples massage, which was relaxing, but we didn’t feel it was worth the price. If we return, that’s the one experience we’d probably skip.
