"Simple but a great value. The bed is comfortable, everything is clean, the shower is hot and the property is well let and reasonably secure - I traveled with a dirt bike in the back of my truck and was able to back up to the fence right in front of the lobby under a bright light, which is the best you can ask for short of rolling it into your room (which you could probably do since they have ground floor rooms with entries at the ends of the buildings.) Centrally located - would stay here again!"

"The room was good! We liked the paint scheme and layout even quiet even though close to Highway. No sense watching tv here so WiFi was good. The bad, breakfast was terrible! Had empty coffee two days in a row. Eggs we couldn’t eat. Maybe left over but dry. Biscuits and gravy were so bad we went to Macdonald. Both our keys didn’t work anywhere!! Certainly moving on to a different hotel next time we visit Moab which is often."

"We normally camp but it's a little cold overnight so we opted for a hotel. The presidential suite was decent for the price but very dated and just okay."

"Hotel was decent for the money spent. Older rooms. Some touch up work is definitely needed but was usable. Comfortable bed and linens. Off street parking. Only complaint was 3 rooms around us had an extremely loud party one night. Screaming, yelling, loud music, slamming doors until 3am etc. We complained to the front desk but was told by the evening desk clerk. "Not my problem" Would not stay again because of that. "
