I have allergies & asthma. I knew after 15 minutes on site that I couldn’t sleep there. There were candles burning in the foyer, multiple bowls of potpourri, and multiple cats coming and going from outdoors—upstairs and downstairs. I’m very allergic to cats. Front desk called multiple times trying to make me pay before arrival after stating that I could pay during arrival. Can’t remember his name (Hispanic). Also room & bathroom had roaches everywhere.
