"The staff was top notch and were incredibly nice and helpful. When I arrived the very nice woman behind the counter greeted me “you must be the birthday boy!” I was in town for work but it happened ti be on my birthday. She gave me an extra drink ticket for the bar and a parking pass. Would definitely stay with them again "

Me and my kids have stayed at about 14 different hotels in Portland over the years. Our favorite was the Ritz Carlton for a long time until we stayed here. The property is kept in very good condition, excellent valet, easy check in, clean room, comfortable beds, lovely coffee shop, and helpful staff. This place has a very calming atmosphere.
