J'y suis revenu. C'est donc positif"

"Clean and decent sized room . Nice staff and drinks"

"When we arrived the staff at the reception were moody and reluctant when checking us in. We asked for access to the safe upon arrival, the man on the front desk said they would be right up to open it for us, we were waiting for over an hour. When we got to our room the was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom that had taken over the whole room. On our first night there, there was a strange man waiting outside our corridor offering prostitution, which was concerning. When it came to checking out...

"The rooms were large with a nice view. The hotel had a lot to offer. The pool was warm yet refreshing. Too bad it couldn’t stay open a bit later though, it was still light out until 9pm but the pool closed at 8pm. The only downfall was the communication with the front desk staff during check in regarding the passes to the Port Aventura Park. Very disappointed that they didn’t explain this better. They were rushed to get us through the line so there was no/little communication."

"Quick check in. Adequate rooms cleaned daily. Busy at breakfast as it is a big family hotel. Reasonable bar prices."

"Prima hotel voor de prijs. Eten was goed. Kamer ok.

"Saubere Zimmer, Super Personal,"

"We stayed at Ona Suites for 9 nights in a one bed apartment. Apartment was exactly what we needed with clean decent size rooms, a good kitchenette and a massive balcony. We didn't cook anything as mainly had dinner out or got uber eats delivery but it was useful for breakfast and some lunches when we were still on property. Pool is nice but the sun lounger setup is a bit weird at first as most people are just lying on their towels on the hard ground. Discovered it was only €1.50 a day...

"The animation team were absolutely amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Every single one of them was so friendly, fun, energetic and welcoming. They worked so hard to keep everyone entertained and created such a fantastic atmosphere throughout our holiday. Absolutely 5 stars — you were all fantastic! 🌟 The restaurant staff were also great — very friendly, helpful and hardworking. The organisation overall was very good, and everything was well arranged. The only downside was the reception team, which unfortunately...
