"This is NOT a spa & resort! The spa is a mile away! It’s a hotel with an external restaurant. The only positive is the view of the falls on the Esopus river. At best, it’s a wedding venue with a continental breakfast on par with a cheap motel. You also can’t use the balconies, because of an infestation of the spotted lantern bugs."

"Large and clean room. What a treat to have enough room to move around in!! The staff was pleasant and helpful. It’s dog friendly, another plus, and the large open grounds meant she had room to stretch her legs!!"

"The TV didn't work, the refrigerator didn't work, the door handle was coming off the door on the inside of the room. It was hard to find my room. The first floor rooms hand room numbers that started with 1 or 3 (105, 305, etc.), and the second floor had room numbers that started with 2 or 4 (205, 405). Made it very confusing. There was no coffee downstairs in the lobby at 6:45AM when I had to leave."

"This property served the purpose for our trip. I traveled with a friend and we just needed a place to sleep at night. We began our trip in Hudson, New York and this was a 40 minute drive south to the Reinbeck/Kingston area. On our second day, we travel to Woodstock and in the afternoon we travel to Rhinebeck. We were able to come back to the hotel and then go out to dinner in Kingston. Very convenient location."

"Just needed a clean affordable place to sleep for a few days while exploring the area . Shower was warm, good pressure. Ac is a small window unit Decent sized refrigerator and microwave. Comfortable bed. This fit the bill. Loved that I could park right in front of my door every day. Only downside was flies. There seemed to be an abundance of them. Not that the place was dirty, might be a seasonable thing, or where they are located, but I shared my room with at least threr of these tiny...

"This is an adorable inn located a very short walking distance from downtown Kingston. The rooms are beautifully maintained and still have a lot historical charm to them. The room comes with parking but there are plenty of good restaurants and stores within walking distance. The hosts are helpful and responsive. Everything is well labeled and maintained. We had a lovely time and hope the come back soon."
