"I was very happy with the upgrade due to being an ambassador. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, but when my daughter took a shower she noticed mushrooms growing out of the ceiling, and hair in the tub. We did report the mushrooms the next morning, but that is apparently a sign of mold etc. I had a hard time finding ice, and walking around the hotel on various floors I didn’t feel very safe, not sure why, just a vibe I had.

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Union Station Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made us feel valued and added so much to our experience.
The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully restored with incredible architecture, unique details, and so much history. Everywhere you look there is something interesting to see. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained.

"Specifically picked this hotel due to its proximity to Busch Stadium, went to a ball game and wanted to be able to walk to, and from the stadium back to the hotel. I didn't choose to do valet, and just parked in the garage across the street for $30 for less than 24 hr parking. Didn't really have time to use any of the amenities the hotel offered, but the bar/dining area looked really nice."

"Great for our family. Pool is great. Hotel is across the street from lots of fun rides, restaurants and things for kids to do. This place is unique in that it offers a great buffet breakfast, daily free popcorn and soda AND a free cocktail/food hour for two hours every day. We had pulled pork sliders one night, enchiladas another night, hotdogs everyday for kids. Saved us tons of money on food."
