"Loved my stay. Very clean and everyone was so friendly! Would definitely stay here again."

"The deplorable room stunk of smoke, wallpaper was peeling off the walls. There were cracked floor tiles in the bathroom. Bedding and original carpet stunk and was filthy. Avoid this place, the air unit was disgusting. The place is unsafe"

"As always The Maria is top shelf"

"The room was clean. The bed was ok. We were there for 5 days, and not once was the room cleaned. Not even to remove the trash. There was one small trash can so we ended buying trash bags. We were never offered clean towels. The hot water was hot, but took a REALLY long time to get hot. I would turn it on, go do something else and come back in about 10 to 15 minutes. There was no place to hang clothes which we needed, and it was dated. We were there for a funeral so the iron & full sized iron...

"Room smelled"

"The beach is great. The beach bar is great. The property could use a refresh."

"Just not a very well maintained hotel. Lobby is beautiful but some of the carpet onnthe floor we where in was nasty. Elevators where dirty room has so many things a out it that where old just not nice. Woukd I stay again? Maybe. The room was clean. Just not what I expected for what it looked like in pics."
