"Everything was great except one employee when we checked in. She was super rude. Her name tarted with a B but her long brown hair covered up the rest of her name tag. She was very unfriendly and unaccommodating. Then a gentleman showed up and he was fabulous. Thank you"

"Great service, friendly staff, convenient restaurant which made me a superb sandwich and serves Starbucks coffee. The room was very clean and quiet and I slept great in the bed. I'd stay here again without question. Just outside was the river trail with great river scenery, and a quarter mile or so to Riverfront Park and downtown. Also, the parking was generous and well lit."

"The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The shower was probably the highlight because the water pressure was good and it was hot. We saw promotions everywhere about warm cookies upon arrival, we were offered and given 0. We were looking forward to the hot tub which was out of order. There were no towels in the pool area, called the front desk asking if some could be brought out so that we didn’t drip water all over the floors, 20 minutes later still no towels. "The front desk staff was very helpful taking care of a parking ticket I shouldn't have received and allowed 12pm checkout for free. It was nice that 2pm was also an option for a small fee."
