"It is a very decent hotel. Nothing fancy but clean and everything works. Probably it's greatest asset is its location. Walking distance to numerous restaurants, downtown Spokane is right there. It is reasonably priced by my old man status, it's expensive but not stupidly expensive."

"Room was clean, it was quiet. Only thing is we checked ourselves in, made our own keycard, but that's fine. Breakfast was phenomenal at the café next door. Would definitely recommend this place."

"The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was clean and we had no problem finding parking. Breakfast was good, it had the usual waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt and fruit, and well stocked. Rooms were small, very small elevator and the only issue we had was that the fridge had a bit of an odor because it was unplugged, other than that was a good choice for a good price, and was glad they had rooms available in a pinch. I would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone...

"This hotel is rather run down. The bathroom tile grout is dirty and stained. The bathtub drain was blocked. It was cleared after I asked if it could be while I was out for the day, but there was dirt left in the bathtub and a dirty cloth left on the toilet. It is not located in the best area either, there are some sketchy people not too far away."
