"We stayed only 1 night while taking my son on a college tour. The hotel was clean and room was updated. We had a view of downtown and the St. John’s River. Check in was great with Emileigh. She was so friendly and welcoming, and she continued to greet us when we walked through the lobby during the evening. This area of downtown seems to be a corporate//financial district so not many open/walkable restaurants nearby on the weekend, therefore we ate dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food and...

"I made the mistake of walking around the room barefoot. Within a few minutes the bottoms of my feet were black. Towels so thin they would work as window screens!! Toilet rocked and felt like it was going to topple over. Needed to flush twice for each use. Coffee maker didn't work, even the replacement we requested. No butter or margarine for waffles. "

"It was a great experience for my children and I bc this house was / used to be my family home…. My great grandparents home where my grandfather and other family members grew up and we had lots of family holidays!! It was wonderful to share that with my own children! Thank you!!"

"First, at checkin there was no one at checkin to give me my room key. It was a wait . I waited for a total of 3hours it was unbelievably the computer was down. So, I had to take a picture.Three pictures, front and two ,two sides. I asked why the picures and I was told this is what we have to do for checkin and their were no keys. You had to be let in by the the personal at the front decks. Their was know one to help me. Wwhen the first person showed up she tried to help but her keys did not...

"- Couldn't get the bathtub water to flow to the shower head because the lever was broken. I had arrived at approx 12:15 AM and didn't figure this out until the morning and I told the front desk about it on the way out. - Wood floor was badly deteriorated and coming up in places, - Noise from other guests through walls and from outside until apprx 2:30 AM, - It felt unsafe - it would have been better to have given us a room towards the front of the hotel so that the people in the praking lot...
