"Great location in old Dubai, easy to walk to lots of places including a 2 minute walk to the Metro. Staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious with good amenities, only point for us was that it had no window, due to the style of the building. No problem, just not used to! The breakfast and the restaurant were excellent. There was a price limit on what you could order for breakfast which was a surprise to us however loads of options within the 'budget'. "This executive suite wasn't perfect. No hot water from basin, fridge wasn't working. Behavior from some of the front desk staff was more confronting than accommodating. Constant noises of drumbeat from a number of clubs on the ground floor and mezzanine floor until 4 am can be heard from 4th Floor."

"All the staff were extremely polite, helpful, and provided excellent service, especially Aarti and Mir. I truly appreciate their hospitality. My only small suggestion would be to improve the breakfast menu by adding more variety. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and the staff made our stay even better."
