"The staff was wonderful and friendly. They were very kind to my children too. The pet fee is very reasonable and our dog was happy to be there. Th breakfast was so much more than we expected for such an affordable hotel visit. Very pleased with this experience. We will be staying there again in a few days on our way back home from our vacation and we feel a great sense of relief knowing we will be looked after just as well. "

"The lodge is lovely and the staff were great but unfortunately there was a storm that caused a power outage and apparently a small fire up the road. The staff did everything they could including starting generators for the toilet but there was water restrictions implemented by BC Hydro. Fortunately the fire was extinguished quickly but we felt very informed by staff. Bad timing on our part and no fault of the lodge - just not the experience we thought we were going to have. The lodge owners kindly refunded a portion of the fee we paid, so that was nice."

"The stay was better than expected. The check in process was smooth as everything was electronic and check in process and codes available to us before we even reached. The place was clean, amenities were great and every need was considered for our stay, whether it was dishwasher pods or laundry detergent packs. The room view was spectacular, and the property did well to accommodate my request for a lower floor room & still managed to give us a room with an excellent view. The lift worked fine and parking was very convenient. It was a shame that we did not have enough days to spend at a lovely place."

"Honestly for a couple nights it isn't a bad place. The air conditioner worked well but it was loud as all get out. It would cycle itself, kick on then back off and then on again. When it kicked on I found it impossible to sleep through, it was super abrupt and loud. I slept maybe 4 hours the first two nights we were there, the third night my husband found a sweet spot with the AC and I was able to sleep for about 6 hours. Breakfast needs some work, zero proteins and limited creamer on hand."

"Great home base for exploring Yoho NP. Quaint atmosphere. Fantastic breakfast included. Great restaurant next door for dinners. Walk to gondola. Kim and Izzy were delightful hosts. Can’t go wrong staying here. Super clean and quiet room."
