"The room and the properties were clean and the breakfast was good. I would recommend this establishment!"

"Breakfast was standard and not bad. Room was clean, but definitely showing its age. Lots of dented edges, scuff and old carpet. Make sure you dont get an adjoining room if youre traveling alone. Noise travels like people are in the room with you. It feels over peiced for the condition its in, but at least its clean."

"The room was clean. I still take additional steps to ensure disinfection. The staff was quick and prompt with my check in. I arrived almost 45 minutes early and the room was ready for me. Check out was a breeze as well. My only con to this property would be to lower the nightly cost due to the residents living there and bringing down the value of the property."

"Room was smelling moldy and wet carpets. Some mold in the bathroom and the check in was with an online totem which was awkward. There were no towels and it took almost one hour until get it someone to give us the towels."

"This is the only correct lodging choice for Coral Springs. Helpful staff, everything is clean, and it is so nice. The breakfast is top tier. I forgot her name unfortunately, but I had the nicest lady assist me during breakfast who made me feel very at home. We had a great conversation, she was from Morocco. However she payed very good attention to the clients, giving myself and everyone a high level of positive customer service."

"Ive have tried 4 hotels in Deerfield and this was the best of the bunch (inexpensive and working in the area for weeks here) should have picked them first instead of trying the others.... breakfast, fridge in room, always coffee down stairs, very safe. Could use a coat of paint for sure but for business was the best 100$ room so far."

"Close to the beach, but not a beach front property. Thus, the “ocean view” rooms are not really what is expected of an ocean view room. You see a little bit of the ocean from far away and through the corner of the window if you are in room 508. The room was not available when we checked in at 3:00 pm so we had to wait. "There was cockroaches in the room and they only provided the beds with two whole pillows when we arrived and when I checked out it took the man running the desk in the morning 20 minutes to come out of his office to check not only me but 2 other individuals to check out of this place. "

"Breakfast and staff were great, the beach shuttle was the main reason we chose this hotel. Very convenient when going down to the beach. The air wasn’t as cold as we would have liked, but it was ok for the time we were there. The parking was gated and secure, which was great for peace of mind. "
