Hotel dekat Pusat Perbelanjaan Ampang Point

"Exceeded my expectations...I came from a 5 star resort and was VERY happy! The location was convenient and close to the heart of KL ( maybe a 10 to 15 min grab ride)The sheets and linens were as good as any 5 star resort and SPOTLESSLY CLEAN! The entire staff treated me like a certified VIP! Would definitely recommend and stay again! I had the spiral staircase duplex ...Just FANTASTIC!"

"The room was clean and the communication was clear in helping check in. Close to the MRT and a mall downstairs which makes it very convenient"

"We stayed there for 2 nights. Many restaurants nearby even grocery so we can cook simple foods. Location is near to Intermark Mall and Suria Petronas. Silent and not too crowded. "

"Overall this hotel is the best hotel that I've ever stayed. Comford, clean and very nice.... Gooooooodddd ..."

"The room was clean and well equipped. Location is good for those who wants to be located near to Gleneagles Hospital. Check in process was okay. What is probably worrying however is the required bank transfer deposit and the need to send ID document to some unknown person which can be easily misused."

"It may be inconvenient for those who are not familiar with the unmanned check-in system. I waited for 1 hour. The sound of other units closing doors is noisy. The facility of the room is excellent. Everything is provided in the unit, especially the clothes washer and dryer. The dining table and sink are a bit high and inconvenient for me but other things are so good. "

"Close proximity to glen eagles hospital"

"Skip"

"Tempat makan senang.. parking lot pun dekat dengan hotel."

"La ubicacion estubo muy bien, a pocos pasos de las Torres gemelas y mucho que ver dentro de las torres"

"Location of the property was the only good thing about this place. The apartment itself was not very clean, the bathrooms are slightly mouldy. the sofa was dirty with stains on them. place is infested with cockroaches. The pictures are very deceiving. If you booking from another country would recommend you forgo this property. The instructions for getting into the apartment was terrible we wasted 30-45mins sorting it out and had to seek help from another resident. Barely spoke english hard to...

"theres an unknown man banging at ourguests doorroom at 12 am midnight for almost 30 minutes and it was very difficult to call the front office or the security..theres no immidiate respon from them until morning after our guests report the incident to them at the front office. it is very dissapointing experience for my guests"
