"No TV in the room, no glasses (we had to beg for them in the hotel’s restaurant), no windows in the room (only on the entrance door), no mats on the concreted floor, no room cleaning service till you ask for it. The check in process was very slow. There is a lot of staff around, but they are not really efficient. The property is in need of renovation for sure."

Bem localizado, fica a 5 minutos de caminhada da Estação Estacio, mas a Estação Afonso Pena fica próximo também. Os quartos possuem ar condicionado e o banheiro compartilhado atendeu muito bem as minhas necessidades. "

"The room was very large and the hotel was very quiet. The rooftop area was nicely done with a small pool and a bar and the possibility of ordering food. The staff were competent and pleasant."
