"Personal excelente. Muy amable. Los cuartos tienen aire de poca capacidad para el tamaño del cuarto. Por ende no enfrían bien. Los cuartos les hace falta espejo. Solo tienen espejo en el lavamanos. Bastante accesible la propiedad."

"Everyone here was nice, but I'm surprised the hostel had such high ratings, it wasn't social, even on a Saturday night, the lockers weren't big enough to fit any backpackers bags inside, and the dorms seemed unfinished, if you had a bottom bunk you would have been totally fine with privacy curtains and such but the top bunks were like a death trap, it was more like a mattress was put on top of a four poster bed than an actual bunk bed. Honestly I just ended up sleeping on the sofa, the breakfast...

"The reservation process at this hotel is so sketchy. You might think once you have done your booking online and put in your card details you are all set...Wrong! Just after booking they will contact you via a NON VERIFIED random whatsapp number to ask you to PRINT and Manually fill a bunch of forms, PLUS they will ask you to send a picture of your full credit card via Whatsapp...again, to an unverified number. When I told them I wasn't going to do any of that and wanted to cancel, they told me...

"I booked this hotel cus the reviews were good !! Booked for two nights! When i was getting ready to shower the lights didn't work ! I called receptionist and she said that i had to wait till the morning to get it fixed! I asked for a refund and the lady said it was too much paperwork that had to be done ! She was also rude ! I ended up leaving and went for a better hotel where the light from the restroom actually work ! I guess i had to shower in the dark ! Place was old and dirty ! Save your ...

"Great location and service. They helped me with everything I requested. Good breakfast. Please check you minibar prices they are are excessive for a hotel this range, the are as expensive as a 5 stars hotel. Bathroom could be bigger compared with the size of the rooms but they are OK for short trips. Sometimes staff in the kitchen/restaurant are could be loud as they speak or play music that doesn't match the hotel's regular playlist. I expected a little bit more of silence on weekends."
